How do the hackers hide their IP address while hacking?

Hackers and almost everyone who is doing SEO are using proxies to hide their IP.

Actually hackers might use a combination of different techniques to hide their IP, because what they’re doing is quite illegal.

However, for the regular user who is working with SEO or for a user who wants to unblock himself from some website or for a user who wants to watch Netflix from abroad or any other website that is only working locally - proxies are enough.

There’s one thing only I can recommend about proxies is that better not to use the free one’s.

I would not recommend free proxies at all for any professional activity or activity that requires a stable connection and definitely not any type of hacking. You just won’t have it, because people are abusing these free proxies heavily. If someone tells you otherwise, then it’s either for a very short period of time or he is trying to trick you somehow.
